Long time no post. havent been on in a while due mainly to the new arrival of my 2nd daughter. Also havent been working out in the past 5 weeks due to a wrist injury (insert laughs and giggles) not sure what happen to it just that it hurt like hell to lift anything, somewhat like when i got my cast off 5 yrs ago when i broke it. Anyways it is feeling better and will begin lifting again soon.
my question is- in my last post i asked bout deca and how it is to be used. i have only used test but compliments of a good friend and the U.S. Govt. i have what i was told was 2 6week cycles 4 free. (havent seen it yet but will get it this weekend.) How should it be taken? as a 6 week cycle? or one 12 week cycle? dose? (said to come in single dose vials, 1ml)
My friend while in country did a 6 week cycle and claimed to not only loose bout 20 lbs of fat but to gain 15lbs of muscle. Weight loss could be result of only diet since he was provided all supplements 4 free so he ate well and clean.
I want to try the deca cause this guy looks like twice the man he was when he left.

what type of info? u need? and i really dont care bout the flaming.........im here to learn not worry bout some doofus typing his ignorance on here..
as far as i know deca is all the AS he used. I have gained 15lbs on a 5 week test cycle although some was round the gut.....

didnt mean to offend...but i think for the people that make crazy gains on a first cycle of 5-6 weeks means they either carried a lot of water, was no where near their genetic limit(you started the juice too soon) or a genetic freak(i wish i was)...gaining 15 lbs of muscle in 5 weeks sounds impossible to me unless a lot of it was water weight...btw...run the deca longer if possible and keep the a lot of food coming in..and get some viagra if u plan on running it solo

from previous post i will be running with test. and will do pct with nolva or have clomid at my disposal. mainly wondering on the unwritten true cycle lenght and dose. as in my post i did gain some fat but maintained a 1" gain in arms and chest and i havent been able to lift in a while!!!!! although i have also gained bout 3" in the waist 4 the same reason!!! lol My 6pack is deffo in the fridge.

i have been training naturally for 5-6 years before hitting the sauce and had interesting gains my first go around....test e 1 cc every 4th day for about 7 and a half weeks...i gained 10lbs at the height of it and held onto 7(i was running some b-6 and small amounts of nolva thruout to ward of gyno and bloat) ...my body comp has changed drastically though...my lagging shoulders now have come out to make me truly look bigger...strength increased a lot in certain movements...i definately lost fat cause i can see the outline of my abs...i was benching 265 for 6reps near end of cycle and it has dropped to 255 for 6 and held....i was doing 225 for 6-8 before i started...im definately satisfied but i didnt feel the full force of the test till late in the cycle(weeks 5 and up)

oh yea...do i think i could have ate more... always! but its hard for me to gorge on boatloads of clean foods
i also got the shitty test flu right at 5 weeks..lasted over a week..hated that

I had 1 a buddy who trained 8 years naturally and didnt gain shit off a 10 week test deca cycle....limited receptor sites :confused:
 
i will be trying again in a month or two...im planning on running test cyp at 400mgs a week and throwing in some eq at 400mgs a week to help me with my eating

maybe its just me but i noticed that my pct went really well...i dont know if its cause of the shorter cycle or me..any thoughts? i ran nolva and hcg and trib in my pct

from those results it would sound like you were on the old "see-food" diet. if so that is not the optimum way to take advantage of the gear. you need to eat a sufficient amount of clean foods, then if you need some extra cals you can eat some bullshit.

you are what you eat, being on steroids doesn't change that. if you eat a lot of crappy foods on cycle you will gain a little muscle and a lot of fat.

body composition will also effect the gains while on cycle due to nutrient partitioning. if you already have higher than average body fat don't expect to gain a lot of LBM. your insulin sensitivity is already low and supplementing with anabolics/androgens further decreases glucose tolerance.

IMO, a user should be no higher than 15% bf before starting a cycle
 
Everyone's body reacts to AAS differently, like an alcoholic and alcohol. Some people may drink a glass and have a terrible hangover and others will drink a lot more and be fine in the morning.

yes they did!. but anyways im not gonna do the cycle for possibly 4 weeks so i can get my eating back in check and lose a few lbs. maybe by then i will have read enough from other post on the subject to make an educated decision on how to best use what i have...
 
Once your diet is in place, you could look at doing a Test and Deca cycle like this:

Weeks 1-12 Test 500 mg/week
Weeks 1-10 Deca 400 mg/week

Weeks 15-18 PCT

Six weeks is too short for these compounds.

Ok I hope no one gets upset with me commenting on this I have a similar question. I haven't ran a true cycle before I dabled with some Dbol by itself I know it is kind of a waste of money I understand that now after doing a lot more research but I have wised up I think and I would like to hear from some veterains about the cycle I am planning and to kind of fill in any gapes that I may have in my plan.1st off I am 5'11" 225lbs 13%bf Bench 405lbs with wrist wrapssquat 475lbsdeadlift 525lbs other then the Dbol I haven't taken anything except I experimented with some PH's I have been lifting for roughly 10 years but only seriously started lifting about 3 years ago and when I say serious like I worry about what I eat and I make lifting a priority instead of a hobby.... but I think that is the info everyone always forgets to put so hear goes the cycle I want to start at the beginning of the year following a clean bulk I want to do this rightcycleweek 1-12 test Cyp 400mg, 200mg taken sunday/thursdayweek 1-10 Deca 200mg 100mg taken sunday /thursdayweek 1-5 Dbol 25mg tab ED split up 12.5mg upon waking up 12.5mg before my workoutweek 8-12 winnie 50mg tab ED week 12-16 aromidex .5 ED If there is something that I have missed I would really like some insite I don't want to seem like a noob because I have been trying to do a lot of research the main things I am wondering about is .... Is the winnie at the end a bad idea and is aromidex enough for a pct.BE GENTLE PLEASE
 
Start your own thread bro ull get more responses that way^^^^^. And gaining that much mass and losing that much fat on a cycle where the test was just kicking in is complete bullshit. Read the sticky at the top of the page about first cycle and pct
