Presently i am on a carb cycle diet to loose bf. What type of cardio would be considered to be the most 'muscle sparing'? I'm guessing HIIT, but would like to know what some of the experts think.
In theory HIIT and sprinting should be less likely to cause you to burn muscle for energy simply because of their shorter duration. However, I think if you limit your jogging to 30 minutes or so you will probably be fine.
