I've recently noticed that the day after Leg day is my best lifting day. Even as I change up my routine, whatever I'm targeting the next day really seems to have added kick - ie, I can lift significantly higher weight or i'm able to do more reps. What's the science behind this? Is there something going on with working such large muscles that the body produces...? I really think this is more than a coincidence. Any ideas?
