Taurine is a under-rated supplement, because is cheap to manufacture and they cant get much profits from it. I recover faster when using it, and my veins show more, heart rate
goes lower too. I use it in my pre-wk drink 2g.
my results from my last Creatine cycle were much better when i added Taurine. i had 5g pre workout about 30 minutes after my Whey, Creatine & Gatorade shake.
much bigger & fuller pumps with some extra vascularity. i'm going to start CEE soon & i just can't wait to see the results from that & Taurine.
