IML Gear Cream!
I usually go out friday/saturday night cause I help promote night clubs. Anyways...I usually go to sleep around 130-2am on weeknights, and dont get to bed til 4 or so on friday/saturday. So this means I have an extra meal to have on friday, do I count this as my cheat if its clean?
 
Eat every 2 -3 hours from the time you wake up till the time you go to bed. While you up and around, your metabolism is high, your burning cals etc. I'd stop eating one a half to two hours before you went to bed. If it's a clean, bodybuilding friendly meal, ie. low in sat fats, and simple carbs and high in protein, that's a 'proper' meal the way I see it.
