Right ratio?

So, this is what I consumed yesterday. Is it a good ratio? Should I increase/decrease anything? I'm 140lbs.

Calories - 1673 (I know it's a little low...i'm working on increasing it)
Protein - 201g
Fat - 28g
Carbs - 158
Fiber - 16
Sodium - 677

I'm 29. Yea, I know. I'm increasing slowly. I used to only consume 1000 calories a day. I never really calculated my intake before so I had no idea I wasn't consuming enough.
 
You need to increase fats. You are eating under 1700 cal a day, so I assume you're at the end of a cut? If you're trying to gain weight, you need to eat more.
 
id say try and eat at least 2000 calories i used to only eat around 1200 to 1500 cals a day bc my bodys metabolism was preety now im eating around 2300 and thats maintaining try eating smaller meals like ever 3 hours good way to speed up metabolism and get some fat in there like kentdog get some natty pb good fats
