I plan on running Test E (250 mg twice a week) - for 10 weeks

waiting 14 days - start my PCT which will be NOLVA (for 4 weeks) 40/40/20/20

Has anyone used Test E - 500mg once a week? whats the difference?

Looks like a good cycle and PCT
500mg once a week can be done but its better to do two 250mg shots a week.

Yes, I have run Test E at 250mg 2x/week for 12 weeks. I also ran 25mg dbol ED for the first 4 weeks and EQ. I put on about 25lbs, but it was a very dirty bulk and I put on way to much fat, which I'm still trying to cut. I basically ate anything and everything because the EQ gave me a bit of an appetite. I will never bulk like that again for sure.

Thats definately what I have to watch out for - is trying to get a totally CLEAN BULK - cause I Fkn HATE trying to loose the %bf..
