Maybe questionable, but worth trying. Everyone I've talked to that has tried them say they're just fantastic.

There are reports of increased appetite, but it's not supported by the scientific literature. If you have a massive deficency it may help, in your case that's unlikely.

I've heard a lot of reports about people receiving a boost of energy; that's more what I'm experimenting with this for. I work so much and have such intense workouts (in the gym and in the pool) that I'm tired all the bloody time. So it's worth a shot
