recently my forearms have been killing me. today i benched and did dips today and it felt like i had shin spilts but on my forearms. it used to only hurt when i used a st bb to do curls, but they also started really bad when i did ez bar curls and db preacher curls. what could be the problem?
same thing happens to me. my dad said he read something that said curling can give you micro fractures in your arm. sometime they hurt real bad but sometimes i dont feel them at all.
