Yeah they have one like that in France as well. Last year the government in my country allowed ufo researches to look at the air force files, well not all documents. Probably if there is anything good, it was already burned.
I am reading a book called "Communion", you should take a look at it, it is about a man that was abducted all his life, it became a bestseller in the 90s because it is supposed to be true. But if you want to read really good things about it, you need to read books by John Keel. There is a documentary called "out of the blue", it is pretty nice too.
I dont know much about this subject but I guess it can be interesting.
