Ideal meal plan for maximum muscle growth

If you could get up at whatever time you wanted and go to sleep when you wanted,have as many meals at as many intervals as you wanted.Wha would your meal plan look like??

I have a few weeks off as i have finished colleage so i am aiming to eat perfectly and see how much of a change i can make

And i am going to have NO cheat days
