Best protein drink I made :D

i just made the best protein shake it has

2scoops of whey
1lowfat yogurt
1 cup of oats
1 banana
16oz of 2% milk

i've made it b4 when i didnt have yogurt like this(it didnt taste good without yogurt so i did this)

2scoops of whey
2tbl spoons of PB
1 cup of oats
1 banana
16oz of 2% milk

sometimes i put honey in it

As I am on a bulk I use full fat milk just for the added calories, but when i need a quick protein 'fix' I mix whey with water.
