i just made the best protein shake it has
2scoops of whey
1lowfat yogurt
1 cup of oats
1 banana
16oz of 2% milk
i've made it b4 when i didnt have yogurt like this(it didnt taste good without yogurt so i did this)
2scoops of whey
2tbl spoons of PB
1 cup of oats
1 banana
16oz of 2% milk
sometimes i put honey in it
