O.K. everytime I get outta the gym I think either I can eat alot of food, like poultry and rice ...etc or I can drink one of those shakes ....
but I know, ...because I've tried... that I can't do both, I get too full...
so which one is better for post work out; because i am starved when I get outta the gym and just want to eat chicken and sandwhichs and stuff...but besides that I was just wondering if they both can work out in a different way?
I usually take in about 80 grams of protein in one shake....
