Can someone help me with this product?

I received a sample full size bottle of "Black Betas" ph responders from Eight Ball nutrition. I wanted to know what they are designed for and when the best time to take them is. The ingredients are:

phosphorous 250 mg
sodium 145 mg
potassium 60 mg
Beta-Alanine 800 mg

I have never seen this product and any help and advice is appreciated
