Hell, I don't even have a stove. I use a toaster over.
3 skinless, boneless, nice-sized chicken breasts (always on sale somewhere) will fit on the tray.
Preheat to 400-450F. I'd go closer to 450 - toaster ovens cook slower because of volume of food versus heating space.
Arrange chicken on the tray, sprayed w/"Pam", beforehand. Spice with your favorite variety of Italian spices, salt and pepper (rather generously, to taste).
Cook for 10 minutes (I usually take a shower before the next step)... drain off water. Remove from oven and apply a thick coating of your favorite jar spaghetti sauce. I like "garden combos". Sprinkle generously with paramasian (sp.) cheese.
Cook for 20 more minutes... or until spaghetti sauce looks "crusty good". Apply "heaps" of mozzarella chesse. Cook until "bubbly and browning".
About 40-45 minutes total.
For extra texture, add bread crumbs on top of cheese before last 10-15 minutes.
Comfort food.
