Hi all, after a slight lapse in my regimen only a couple months away from running almost everyday (treadmill, ultimate frisbee), I got back into running on my treadmill, only this time instead of trying to run as fast as I can, I decided to take it nice and slow and see how long I can run. After a few days, 10min miles, only three miles, my knee (left) has been aching and I can't think why.
I have no insurance and can't go to a doctor, can anyone reccomend exercises to strengthen my knee? Thanks.
