I just read actually on a website from here that you should do longer cardio exercises on days you do resistance training (weights). My goals are to keep the cuts i have, loose body fat%. I am currently a week into my interval training (1 minute full sprint, 2 minute jog, 1 sprint etc.- for a total of 30 minutes). Should I go for maybe a long distance jog instead for about 4-6 miles on weight training days, or stick with the interval training that i have been doing?
