elbow & forearm pain
Been working out for a few years now. About 6 months ago elbows and forearms started hurting.It has'nt effected my strength as long as I can deal with the pain,but it is getting harder to deal with the pain.I hate to stop lifting and lose my gains.I heard equipoise would help. I was thinking about doing a test and equipoise cycle,but I'm new to this so I wanted to seewhat you guys thought I should do.Thanks for your help!
