Officially sucks ass!

It used to be the best bodybuilding mag and it is now a piece of shit, this month's issue is a whopping 500 pages and about 400 of them are ads.

the nice thing that MD always had was great writers. I hated Flex and the weider publications because they had such lame articles. At least MD had guys like Doug Kalaman writing supplement info for them. There was good info in that mag if you could get through the lame BB'er talk and the ads.

Mens Fitness really has caught my attention. Anything that has things like planks and bridges in it is A-Ok with me.
