I am 165 lbs. I am currently on a cut cycle. My goal is to lose about 10lbs of fat while trying to preserve as much muscle as possible. I do HIT 3 times a week , 40minute each. I do cardio 3-4 times a week (3mile run, 35minutes each).
Here is my diet, please give me some advice where needed.
2 eggs (180 calories) + Flax Seed Oil (30calories) [Breakfast 9am]
--1.5hr---
Whey powder + water (150 calories)
----1.5hr----
Peanut butter sandwich (200 calories from PB 160 from bread)
----HIT Workout----
Almond nuts (200 calories)
----1hr----
Salad [spinach, olive oil, tomatoes, smoked cheese, sprouts] (~250-300 calories)
-----2hr----
Whey Power + water (150 calories)
-----2hrs---
Sandwich [Whole wheat bread, turkey slices, 2 slices of Swiss cheese, tomatoes, lettuce] (~350-400calories)
----2hrs---
---Cardio is normaly done at around 8:30pm---
Whey powder+ water (100calories) [Last meal 8pm]
NOTE: I should also mention that I drink about 5liters of water a day. My caloric consumption is targeted at around 1800-1900 calories a day.
