For the past couple of weeks, I haven't been able to train anything that involved my shoulders due to injury. I started working on them again today, and I was able to bench 135x10, 145x8, my max was around 205-210, so I figure if there was any strength loss, it was minimal. However, I was doing squats and had problems getting out 3 reps of 205, and it seemed a few weeks ago I was able to do 230x3. It was a bit worrisome since I've been working on my legs through the past few weeks, and still doing squats, but just not as heavy. It just came off as a bit alarming that I lost that much in my squats. What could be the reason?
