I used to model back in 2004 and now i got a little chubby. I have been hitting the gym again for about 2 months and see results little by little. This is my diet to lose weight and get cut. Please input your ideas or suggestions.
Morning Breakfast : 4 Scoops of Liquid 100% Egg Whites mixed with oatmeal.
2 Hours later : Deli Sandwich Turkey, Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce, and no CHEESE.
Around 3 hours later : A Peanut butter sandwich on 100% whole what followed by a salad with non fat dressing and grilled chicken breasts.
Later on in that day around 9-30 pm home made soup with like no fat.
Then i go work out do 30 minute eliptical cardio and then lift and when i get home low carb 26g protein shake with soy milk.
Is this a good diet to lose weight and to get cut. Please put me your replies and suggestions would really appreciate it.
