I just made a batch of lean beef/chicken chilli and realised that the chilli mix i used has about 5 grams of sugar for each serve i made.
Is that too much sugar?
should i rinse the sauce out with water to dilute it then strain the excess?
Im cutting at the moment and the rest of my diet is clean.
