If you want to do more than 10 reps and your weak lil' fingers can't hold a 100lbs DB maybe you should use lighter DBs until you until your grip is strong enough to hold the fucking 100 lbs DB for more than 10 reps. Is that simple.

Btw, if you're doing sidebends with pink DBs they're probably not 100 lbs. :p

i start with a weight i can do for 5 reps and work up to 20 reps

Fuck it, buy lifting straps if you can't be assed training grip.......

i can train grip but i dont think its the grip. its more like it hurts my hands.
 
It probably hurts your hands because your grip isnt strong enough to hold them securely enough, so they move, your hand opens, and it slides out taking your skin with it.
 
Is that 100 Lbs. on each hand or is it 50 Lbs. on both hands?
 
why do you train abs everday?
 
because for boxing we need strong abs so i do abs everyday.

You do realize that abs are a muscle just like any other muscle and need time to recoup? Twice a week is plenty
