Hello,

I am 25yrs old and doing body building from more than 1 year. Currently my emphasis is on "Size Gaining", becoz i am an average person, not slim and not very healthy.

So, now i am planning to use Creatine + CYTOMAX + MAss Gainer with my workout for good results. I am going with MuscleTEch Brand, because it is easily available in my city and country. I am from PAKISTAN.

There is little confusion here and some questions which i want to ask:

Which Combination is best for me

OR

So here are my Questions:

1) which combination(a or b) is better for me and why. Here i tell you that, i do exercise, for only fitness not to participate in any competition.
2) Is it beneficial to use Cytomax (energy Drink) during my training. What will be the effect if i will not use it????
3) I will use three products in my workout
a) Creatine (before workout)
b) Cytomax (During Workout)
c) Mass Gainer or LEan MAss gainer (after Workout)

I want to ask that is there any disadvange of using these three products. Are not they very heavy for me?????

To the OP - you want to gain weight - eat more food than you do now, perform heavy compound lifts with progressive overload, and follow Amino's suggested supplement protocol.
