if you wanna do a diet that incl.carbs, not a ketogenic diet, prince just made a good post regarding that. i personally prefer a ketogenic diet, because all the other ones just leave me feeling hungry, you have to be careful, not to end up loosing muscle along with the fat, and they are too slow (for on, because you cannot reduce your calories too much to prevent loosing lean tissue). i know they don't work for eveyone though. they say about 25%of people are pretty well adjusted to a higher carb diet in general, and will do better on a regular carb including diet. have you ever tried a keto?
