IML Gear Cream!
Hello,

I am just curious as to why it is that whenever I go out drinking (which is once a month), the very next day I have lost weight, and also my (fat) measurements are smaller? Is there something in alcohol besides calories that help us lose weight or something? This happens to me every time I go out. Its so weird.
Any ideas?
Thanks

You've probably lost water during your drinking binge.
There is a VERY good article here:
T-Nation.com | A Musclehead's Guide to Alcohol

Dehydration

Yep.

The only thing in alcohol is calories.

And fatty tissues can be dehydrated as well.

Drink a ton of water and wait a few hours and you will seemingly be back to your original fatness.

:roflmao:

Hmmmm

oh!...:bulb:
Then just go out and drink every day until you're at your ideal weight.

Youre not losing weight youre losing water.

Now go hit the gym and try not to pass out.

I only lose weight after my post drinking ab workout next to the toilet lol.
