IML Gear Cream!
I am light (145- 148lbs) so pullups aren't a challenge. I usually hole the weights in between my legs for pullups. I can now do pullups with +35lbs. But holding a 35lb DB in between my legs is getting to be a challenge. I have a lifting belt in which I think I could somehow attach the weight to it. I just don't know how....

So, how do I attach weights for pullups without holding them in between my legs?

Dip Belt, Backpack, Weighted Shirt...

If you have a belt availble id try use that. I used a backpack for a long time and it worked well, but was kinda awkward.

use the dip belt, it works the best

Most gyms would have you arrested for stashing weights in your bag. :D

just drink several gallons of water quickly

1gal water = 8lbs

:roflmao:

it was only a joke

in my gym we have several piles of large link chains
hang a few over your shoulders if they are available to you

but ive always hung the weight above my knees crossed my feet and bent my knees...

works great up to about 60lbs
