This may be a little hard but im just wondering if im strong for my age because i kinda feel weak towards everyone my age and i need someone to rate me

Age 14
Weight:135
Height: 5'7 or 5'8?

Okay ima tell you the basics

Bench press: 135 10 times (max bench press is like 160?)
Most leg press weights in sets: probally 230,250 or 270
Bicep curl: 30 pounds 6-7 or 8 times
Tricep rope pulldown: idk how much pounds this is but it goes 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and on and im on 4



i dont know what else i could add but yeah..
 
Where I go to school. You would be average.

But like lucifuge said. Who really cares? Just keep training.

There is always someone bigger and stronger then you.

Check out your schools gym one day. Observe how the football teams lifts. That will give you a better idea of what exercises to learn. Let us know what you find out.

What happens when it's agility/flexibility day and they happen to be learning ballet?
 
I'm your height, your weight and almost old enough to be your grandmother.

We curl the same.
You currently outbench me.
I currently out-squat and out-deadlift you.

Fix this and you'll be well on your way to being a VERY strong and well-built young man.
 
When I was your age I was around 5'7" 150lbs.

Bench was around 150 x 10 when my shoulders weren't as bad.
This is when I started to deadlift and squat, I don't know the numbers. I just started lifting again after two years. I probably curled with the ez-curl bar 60 x 10. Best advice is don't worry what other people think just learn and train at your own pace.

Youre probably gonna injure your back because youre NOT doing deads and squats!

If you leave out squats and deads you are severely limiting your progress.

i dont know what else i could add but yeah..

About average for the teen kid going to the gym doing stuff wrong expecting great results then quitting when it doesn't happen.
Listen to the mods posting above, they are only trying to help you.
