Ok I was wondering if anyone knows about a good supplement for recovery. When I go to the gym and "hit it" I walk out feeling like a million bucks but by the end of the second day I am in too much pain to even think about working that area again. It almost takes a week to recover. So I didn't lift as heavy the next time and I still get the same problem. So it doen't matter if I lift light or heavy, I get the same problem. Thoughts?
