Alright I go through phases when working out. I'll go for a while and then quit. This time is different though. I'm 5'7" around 155. Is it going to be easier for me to put on mass and then begin to cut. I'm a pretty easy gainer, so it wouldn't be hard for me to put on weight. Or should I just eat healthy and reasonable calorie intake and go from there. I'm always pretty lost on the diet. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
