mustard ok?

i don't use ketchup b/c of the sugar. is a bit of mustard on turkey ok or would it be better to skip it?

Mustard is fine. Nothing wrong with it at all.

I believe its mostly mustard seed (ground/crushed whatever) and vinegar.

Actually, my numbers will severely drop this weekend too because I have two BB shows to attend! Plus, I train two people. One at 3pm and one at 12:00 am for 6 days!
