I am very impressed with your bench not too many out there with a raw bench like yours. Any tips on how to prepare your joints for all the weight?
A few tips

Basic: fish oil
Gear: deca

Don't max the same compound lift week after week, variation is key. .. heck if things get rough remember taking a week of just light weight won't hurt

Don't go heavy on all lifts...
Notice how light and high reps some of my lifts are ? I don't vest myself up !
 
About how much deca just for joints? I'll keep this in mind that is probably my issue trying to go heavy every week

250 is fine for the joints
I am running 500 now for the competition
 
Lol that's good to hear I need to step up my game
Last competition cycle I ran tren and my joints hurt some towards the end.
Some guys in the gym always run 250 deca just for the joints even when on tren
 
Been good just concentrating on training keeps me busy !
