A few tipsI am very impressed with your bench not too many out there with a raw bench like yours. Any tips on how to prepare your joints for all the weight?
Basic: fish oil
Gear: deca
Don't max the same compound lift week after week, variation is key. .. heck if things get rough remember taking a week of just light weight won't hurt
Don't go heavy on all lifts...
Notice how light and high reps some of my lifts are ? I don't vest myself up !
