im in medina, don't know which way i'm gonna focus my training , whether power or building. I guess right now i'm just doing a general strength conditioning. 3xs wk, 1.5 hr,3 sets 10,8,6.I hit a plateau @ 200 pd bench {wt150} and just got through it @215 now, hoping to get my original goal of 225 by months end.looking foraward to seeing ur wo when u post it.
